Aerotravel is established in November 1997, as a private company.
Aerotravel opens new offices in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara. Cluj-Napoca is the first IATA licensed office.

Aerotravel becomes member of Lufthansa City Center network, thus developing its capabilities to deliver travel services globally.
Aerotravel’s annual sales volume doubles for the third year on a row.

Aerotravel opens three new offices in Sibiu, Brasov and Bucharest.
Aerotravel launches a new travel product on the Romanian market: cruises.

A continuous training program applying to all Aerotravel employees is established. Its objective is to increase the satisfaction level of corporate clients.
Aerotravel implements a new CRM system, in order to increase operational efficiency and service quality.

Aerotravel is the biggest company from the Aerotravel Group and focuses on business travel and MICE. AeroVacante undertake tour operating responsibilities, CruiseHub offers cruises on all seas, while Fabrica de Vacante manages leisure travel offices.
Aerotravel becomes exclusive partner of Travel Leaders in Romania and is allowed to use this trade mark.
